1、classification

2、use

3、technical parameters
1\ physical properties: moisture regain <3.6%, accounted for 1.14.
2\ mechanical properties:
(1) strength of 4.5 ~ 8g/D, elastic and elastic recovery is good, elongation 35% ~ 20, good abrasion resistance. At 10% elongation, the elastic recovery rate is more than 90%.

3\chemical properties:
(1) alkali resistance, acid resistance. In 95 DEG C with NaOH (10%) 16 hours after the strength loss is negligible, but nylon is light, easy to change color, crisp, therefore nylon fabric should not be long-term in the sun exposure.
(2) the nylon filter should not be used for food industry. Because of the polyamide fiber often contain small amounts of not the polymerization of caprolactam, the filter will gradually dispersed into the filtrate and diaspora with titanium dioxide.
(3) nylon 66 cannot be used for pharmaceutical, food manufacturers, because it is toxic, harmful to human health. This series of fiber filter cloth is divided into two kinds of nylon 6 and nylon 66. Each performance is better than nylon 6 nylon 66. Nylon 6 toxic, can not be used for food industry.
4\heat resistance:
(1) N6: dry temperature <160, wet temperature <180, the melting point is 215.
(2) N66: dry temperature <200, wet temperature <230, melting point of 260.
(3) the heat resistance and deformation stability is poor, and is not resistant to the sun.
