1. Turn off the system: turn off the power and stop the pump, and close the inlet and outlet valves.

2. Release pressure: for safety, make sure the nozzle is in a safe place. Open the exhaust valve to slowly reduce the filter pressure.

3. Open the cover: make sure that the pressure of the filter cartridge drops to zero before opening the cover.

4. Discard the used filter bag

5. Check the basket: check the arc degree and edge of the basket. The contact surface between the upper edge of the basket and the filter drum must be flat. Warning: if there is no basket or the basket is installed incorrectly, it will lead to filter failure

6. Install new bag: bag must be inserted into basket. The sealing ring must be seated correctly in the sealing groove.

7. Inspection gasket: select the gasket compatible with the fluid, and replace the worn gasket with Hua filter environmental protection gasket

8. Close the cover: pay special attention. When closing the filter cover, make sure that the gasket is not twisted or out of the groove. Tighten the ring nut clockwise.

9. Close the exhaust valve

10. Turn on the pump switch

11. Open the inlet valve: slowly open the valve and observe whether there is leakage. Immediately close the inlet valve and restart from 3.8        12、打开出口阀

12. Open the outlet valve
