Vacuum belt filter press cloth wrinkle often caused by incorrect filter cloth, but some misalignment can not be corrected only through the roll, described in detail as follows:
1. Insufficient tension may cause wrinkling, although the filter is equipped with a heavier rotating wheel to stop the filter cloth tension, but the wheel also requires additional weight. Roller slider left notch for heavier use.
2. The filter cloth at the junction of improper bonding can also cause wrinkles. Refer to "Cloth Installation" for clarification.
3. Sometimes in the filter cloth roller or sliding block accumulation of solid objects will cause the filter cloth dislocation and crease fold. When this happens, stop the filter and thoroughly clean the roller and slide conditioning block. Start the drive, readjust the filter cloth to stop centering and tensioning. Then look carefully at the solids accumulation conditions during normal filter operation. If necessary, increase the amount of flushing water to flush out the remaining solids.
Misalignment and wrinkling may also be caused by the dislocation of the reel or other rollers. This misalignment is manifested as diagonal filter cloth zipper deflection, as shown. As the outer edge of the filter cloth on each side of the interval between the uneven, resulting in the filter around the direction of walking in the filter cloth on the other side, so the first side of the shorter travel interval. After the application of the tension wheel slide conditioning block plus equalization block to reduce tension on the filter cloth dragging side, shorten the stroke of the filter cloth on the side of the trip, so as to correct this phenomenon. This problem may also be caused by the filter cloth support roller dislocation, and check whether all the filter cloth support roller and the frame disagree.
5. When stopping any such adjustments, the industrial filter cloth should be centered on the filter for at least half an hour. Due to the easy shrinkage of many filter cloths when they are wetted, the filter cloths can either be narrower or larger than the final application. For this reason, the initiative should have a stable period of filter cloth before any major adjustments can be made to it.
