1, turn off the system: turn off the power to stop the pump, close the inlet and outlet valves.
2, the release of pressure: safety, to ensure that the nozzle is rushed to a safe place. Open the exhaust valve to slowly lower the filter pressure.
3, open the lid: to ensure that the cartridge pressure is reduced to zero after opening the lid.
4, lost used filter bag
5, check the basket: check the basket of arc and edge. The upper edge of the basket and the contact surface of the filter cartridge must be flat. Warning: If there is no basket or basket installation error will lead to filter failure
6, the installation of new filter bag: filter bag must be inserted into the basket. The seal must be properly seated in the seal groove.
7, check the gasket: select the fluid-compatible gasket, the use of new gasket to replace the wear of the gasket
8, close the lid: special attention. When closing the filter cover, make sure the washer is not twisted or out of the slot. Tighten the ring nuts clockwise.
9, close the exhaust valve
10, open the pump switch
11, open the inlet valve: slowly open the valve to observe whether the leak occurs when the leak, immediately close the inlet valve, from 3.8 to start again
12, open the outlet valve
