When the high-temperature flue gas is purified, the operating temperature should be controlled within the permissible range of the dust filter bag according to the heat-resistance of the filter bag, the composition of the flue gas, etc., because the temperature is too low may cause dew condensation, and too high will cause the dust filter bag to pass through. Premature aging, in addition should avoid the sudden increase in temperature. The environmental protection industry has stipulated that the temperature of the flue gas should be controlled below 250°C after the boiler exhaust temperature and the waste heat of the waste heat boiler recover the flue gas. The flue gas temperature in the design is based on the presence of dew point inside the dust collector. The temperature of the high-temperature gas filtration process is preferably in the range of 200 to 250°C. Filtration in this temperature range will achieve a satisfactory effect of dust removal.
The working temperature of the filter dust removal is high, the processing air volume is small, the equipment is also simple, and it is easier to avoid the cooling and condensation of the flue gas. Determining the proper working temperature for flue gas dust removal is very necessary to maintain good filtration conditions and prolong the life of the dust filter bag.
