2, the production of concave slot and sewing concave slot using a professional sewing machine sewing, slot width of the concave strip and the thickness of the selected fabric is the key element, concave slot width should be uniform, concave slot When sticking to the elastic ring, the center of the groove should correspond to the center of the width of the elastic ring, and the groove at the joint should be aligned to avoid installation difficulties.
3, bag mouth production and sewing bag mouth material is generally parallelogram, first sewn into a tube, when the elastic ring and concave groove assembly, pay attention to the edge of the tidy, ensure that the concave slot The groove width does not become narrow at the time of the strip, and at the same time it extends along the circumferential seam as closely as possible to the stitches of the elastic ring and the edge of the concave groove assembly. When the bag mouth and the bag body are sewn, the phenomenon of skew is not allowed. Generally, the interval between three stitches of the sewing seam should be uniform and beautiful. The sewing thread material and material used must be the same or higher than the sewing thread of the filter bag material. At least one week of high-temperature, corrosion-resistant traces should be used for special conditions. All sutures should be solid and reliable, without jumpers or floating lines. The stitch length is between 3.3 and 4.2 mm.
4. Fabrication and sewing of the bottom of the bag The bottom of the bag is generally stitched with a reinforcement layer, and its height is generally between 60 and 100 mm. (Adopted by professional cutting equipment) First, the reinforcement layer is sewn into a tube shape, and then is sewn to the outside of the bottom, and the stitch stitches are separated from the gap stitches of the filter bag body, and the circumferential direction of the reinforcement layer is a single needle or Two-needle sewing for 1 to 2 weeks. When sewing the bottom of the bag, if a single-needle stitch is used, the stitch spacing is controlled to 4 to 5 mm, and the stitch of the outermost stitch line should be 4 to 5 mm from the edge.
5. The sewing body of the bag body is sewn with a three-needle and six-thread machine. The stitches should be straight and free of floats, jumpers, and off-tracks. The needle pitch is between 3.3 and 4.2 mm, and the outermost seam stitches. 2 to 3 mm from the edge, when the longer filter bag is sewn, the stitches are liable to be twisted. During the sewing process, the two upper and lower pieces are synchronized and the sewing stitches of the filter bag are prevented from twisting.
