First, moisture is the biggest cause of filter bag clogging. The cause of moisture content is usually condensation at low temperatures. In order to prevent such situations, it is usually necessary to pay attention to the following aspects.
1 to avoid improper boot;
2 Avoid booting when the dust collector resistance is large;
When it is lower than the dew point, start up: when the filter bag surface is closed, condensate water will be restarted. In this case, entering a large amount of dust-laden air plus high humidity will cause the surface of the filter bag to become muddy; in order to prevent this, it should be warmed up. Dust collector inlet dust air, or pre-dust layer.
3 boot at less than dew point;
Dust collectors run below the dew point and are prone to problems. If the intake air is not evenly distributed, it can easily cause corrosion of the dust collector housing. Therefore, the dust collector should be prevented from working below the dew point, and the heat preservation device should be used.
4 air infiltration;
Air infiltration often occurs in the dust collector's flange, access door or dust collector moving device, if the seal is not strict, the outside air into the dust collector, when dealing with high temperature exhaust gas, will produce a low temperature zone inside the dust collector, resulting in low temperature Condensation, corrosion filter causes moisture in the filter bag.
