During the use of the filter cloth, will you optimize it? In fact, our filter cloth can still be used for a series of optimization for the process. Specific measures, we continue to explain to you below.
Optimisation of production process in the use of filter cloth
1. The temperature is the first element of the production of composite industrial filter cloth. Since the non-woven fabric raw material has the adhesive on each layer, the temperature of the surface of the fabric is dissolved between (300-350) °C. Therefore, it is necessary to control the draft roller (built-in heater) to raise the temperature to (400-430)°C.
2. Pure cotton white cloth (medium flat fabric), polyester nonwoven fabric, and cotton nonwoven fabric were laid on a loading rack in a ratio of 1:2:3. The white cloth is placed on the first layer, the polyester non-woven fabric is placed on the second and fifth layers, and the cotton-type non-woven fabric is placed on the third, fourth, and sixth layers.
3. The composite filter cloth is brought into the drafting roller and comes out into the secondary press roller group. Then, the composite filter cloth corner is cut and trimmed by the cutter, and then the specifications of the filter cloth are determined according to the customer's size requirements and stored in the warehouse. See Figure 1 for details.
Through the above three methods to optimize our filter cloth, its performance can also be greatly improved.
