Cloth: prolong the life of the bag should pay attention to what factors
1, the filter cloth should not hang too loose or too tight, loose too easy to dust, too tight easy to pull bad.
2, the aging bag. Mainly due to the following reasons, the cause of investigation, take measures to eliminate and replace the dust filter bag.
① due to abnormal high temperature and sclerosis;
② due to acid, alkali or organic solvent vapor contact reaction;
③ react with moisture.
3, the new technology bag filter should not be mixed to avoid damage to the normal operation of different dust removal equipment.
4, replace the bag, the first blow with compressed air, and then check for holes, there are holes to be replaced after repaired. If the bag was dusted with dust, rinse with water, after drying to be replaced.
5, dust bag clogging. When the bag is clogged, the resistance increases and the reading of the differential pressure gauge increases. Clogged bag is caused by the bag wear and tear, perforation, shedding and other phenomena the main reason.
Caused by dust bag clogging reasons, according to the following table for inspection and maintenance. Generally take the following measures:
① temporarily strengthen the cleaning, to eliminate the clogging of the bag;
② partially or completely replace the bag;
③ adjust the installation and operating conditions.
