Basic requirements of filter cloth for bag filter dedusting process
(1) to meet the requirements of dust removal efficiency. Generally speaking, the filter cloth should be selected according to the size of the filter bag and the strength of the filter. The cleaning strength, such as the use of compressed air pulse cleaning bag, the surplus of the ash layer was blown off, dust removal efficiency on to keep the compactness of the cloth in house, is a welcome and the general requirements of cloth dust mask. The bag surface in the presence of trapping particles can increase the villus surface area; provide hole support, to prevent the accumulated ash mass wear into the pores, thus forming a loose layer; in the bag cleaning, as a bond structure is helpful to maintain the surplus of the ash layer, increasing the initial effect on.

(3) to meet the requirements of air permeability, the permeability of fabric filter cloth is an important filter performance.
